Financial data is shared with Philippine payment processors including GCash (Mynt/GXI), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), and local banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) solely for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
Certain gameplay and account data is shared with licensed game providers — including live casino platform providers and slot game suppliers — as technically necessary for delivering those games to you. 08jl retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including compliance with legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting obligations. The following general retention periods apply:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 08jl's data disposal procedures. The 08jl platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for real-money gambling in the Philippines. 08jl does not knowingly collect, use, or process personal data belonging to individuals under the age of 21.
Account registration requires confirmation that you meet the age requirement, and age is verified as part of the KYC process through government-issued identification. Where 08jl discovers that an account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.

For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your privacy rights or how your personal data is processed — 08jl will notify you via the email address or mobile number registered to your account, or through a prominent notice on the 08jl platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the 08jl platform after the effective date of any amendment to this Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions.
